Nestled on the charming hillside of Sorrento, Villa Olimpia is a luxury villa rental overlooking the breathtaking scenery of the Gulf of Naples and the Mont Vesuvius. The property may be reserved in its entirety and can accommodate up 30 guests.
This deluxe property is located in Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, a small town, situated approximately 10 km from Sorrento. It is so called because of its special geographical position that allows a view of the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno.
Figment of a skillfully renovated ancient colonial house, Villa Olimpia still preserves its original and elegant 1800 architectonic structure , offering an intimate and peaceful gateway for a rejuvenating vacations in Sorrento Coast.
The external of the villa are equipped with swimming-pool, a garden, a park, terraces, a tennis court, and a helipad while the interiors are equipped with air-conditioning, heating, air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, and internet connection.
Villa Olimpia is a three-storey house which features an elevator.
Ground floor
On the ground floor there are three spacious living-rooms elegantly furnished: the first is made up of several couches placed around a large and age-old fireplace; the second is furnished with dining tables and large patio doors communicating with the garden; the last one can be used as a breakfast room.
On the ground floor there are also two large kitchens fully equipped with several stove-burners, an oven, a wood-fired oven to prepare pizza, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher.
Sleeping area
The villa offers 11 deluxe rooms: ten of them are distributed on the first and second floor, while the eleventh room is found on the attic floor. All bedrooms are independent and have a bathroom inside. All the rooms feature elegant and refined furnishings and dispose of a TV, a mini-fridge, a phone, a safe.
The rental price includes: heating and air conditioning, water, gas and electricity uses, final cleaning, daily cleaning of the villa and of the swimming pool, bed and bath linens change twice a week.
