The views are absolutely stunning, and peace and quiet are a certainty owing to the secluded position of the villa, and it’s a perfect retreat for families and groups up 15 people.
Villa Cartolina is located 10 minutes drive from the city of Sorrento and 30 minutes drive from Capri, Positano and Amalfi Coast. The nearest village is Sant’Agata sui due Golfi with easy access to shops, markets, restaurants and bars.
The property is tastefully decorated throughout and equipped with every comfort, surrounded by a pretty garden (1500 m2), a solarium, two spacious panoramic terraces ( for al fresco dinner) and private pool, equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and sun umbrella.
The villa consists of three fully furnished floors and has in total 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, air conditioning and heating which make this properly suitable for 14-16 people.
On the first level there is a double bedroom en-suite with shower, another bedroom with 4 beds, one double and two single or 4 single, en-suite with shower. Both bedrooms have a terrace/solarium with sea view equipped with sun beds and sun umbrella.
The second level has living room with sofas, fire place, dining area, two large panoramic terraces equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
On the third level there are: other bedrooms en-suite with shower, air conditioning/heating, safety boxes and direct access to the panoramic garden.
All bedrooms have access to one of the panoramic terraces.
You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, barbeque, an iron and ironing board.
The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils and a second bathroom.
The Villa has parking on-site, with access via a short path, through a wooded area.
