Sea Bream in crazy water

Ingredients

  • 1 sea bream of 1kg weight
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes
  • garlic, oil, chili
  • parsley
  • 1 cup of white wine

Preparation

Clean and salt the fish inside. In a large pan, blond the garlic with the chili. Add the cherry tomatoes, fish, white wine and a glass of water and cook with the lid on for twenty minutes.

Serve hot.
