Sorrento
The marvelous natural scenery of the Sorrentine Peninsula is one of the most famous tourist sites of Italy. In just 30km of coast, you may relive two thousand years of history. You can enjoy a varied and fascinating walk amongst the citrus groves, vineyards and olives trees that slope gently towards the sea and a high and jagged coastline that breaks the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno.

The Peninsula is constituted of 6 towns: By land, the town of Vico Equense is reached first, then Meta, Piano di Sorrento, Sant’Agnello, Sorrento and finally Massa Lubrense, the extreme tip of the Peninsula.
After Sorrento, you find pleasant Massa Lubrense, the extremity of the Peninsula. Lying in front of Capri it is a natural oasis.
Sant’Agnello is located slightly down from the villages. A residential centre almost attached to Sorrento, overlooking the coast tuff.
Piano di Sorrento is a lively town that masterly combines its maritime with its rural identity and is the most industrious centre of the peninsula.
After Vico Equense, the street continues until you reach Meta, a seaside resort which is situated in a beautiful position.
Vico Equense, permits you to pass from the sea to the mountains in just a few minutes. Its highest peak Monte Faito reaches 1400mt.
