Ground floor: large room divided in a relax area with sofa, satellite TV and access to a panoramic terrace, bedroom area with double bed and air conditioning, bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
Entrance floor (first floor): kitchen fully furnished and equipped with fridge and freezer (American style), electric oven, air conditioning/heating.
The entrance is accessible by steps. The large panoramic terrace is furnished with table and chairs, barbecue area and exclusive swimming pool with solarium. Private parking
