At the traditional “Sagra of the Meatball” you may taste typical meatballs prepared with the addition of spices that give the mixture a characteristic bittersweet taste.
The festival spans over two days in honour of Saint Roch and whilst its imprint is of gastronomical value, it is also becoming more, an occasion of noteworthy artistic value.
The last day of the festival concludes with the distribution of warm croissants for those who have participated, and had fun retracing the traditions, the ancient arts and the tasty cuisine, under the shade of the Tower of Maiano.
